Almost seemed like it was someone's homework assignment. 9 pages of the 40 page book had the same simple one page recipe with just the essential oils changed in a fill in the blank fashion. The blends and few essentials oils mentioned in the book were stated for their medicinal purposes, but|About the Author|Dr Miriam Kinai is a medical doctor and a certified aromatherapist.
