I have had so many negative experiences with hair dressers and now through Sheila Gooding's book - I know I am not alone. The author also gives some great tips and advice for those that want healthy, strong hair.
I really can't wait for what else Gooding has in store. She follows her own advice (to her benefit) and currently resides in Greenville, Delaware.
